The Emergency Power Supply Manager EPM 6-30-EN54 allows the permanent emergency power supply of DC consumers (24V) in accordance with EN 54-4, in the event of a power failure. The 19" unit (2U) is equipped with 6 fused outputs (fuses up to 40A applicable per output). Each of the outputs can be used with up to 30A load. The charging current is 8A without permanent consumers.
The EPM 6-30-EN54 can be used as a charging device and is equipped with a total discharge protection and temperature controlled end-of-charge voltage circuit. The smart battery condition monitoring ensures uninterrupted supply to consumers and recharging the battery immediately after restoration of the mains supply.
The cooling of the device is managed by a temperature-controlled fan. Due to the "hot swap" technology the exchange of the batteries can be done without service interruption. Please note: The batteries, battery cable set and battery fuse are not included in the delivery.
